Refund and exchange policy
We have a 03-day Exchange policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, including the day you received your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Following norms should be followed while applying for returns:
- All exchanges and returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery, including the day of receipt.
- For size issues or wrong products, exchange requests can be raised within 3 days.
- Products must have the original sticker label attached, folded properly, and packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Refunds are only for defective products; customers must provide order details and photos of the defect.
- If a package is damaged during unboxing, refunds or replacements require unpacking video or courier cover images.
- In exceptional cases of return (correct order delivered, no delivery issue), ₹150 may be deducted for reverse pickup.
- Slight color or design variations from website/ads are not refundable.
- Defects caused by customer actions are not eligible for refunds.
- One exchange/return per order; second exchange may incur ₹150 charge.
- Used or washed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
